‘There may be more than 79 malaria cases in Pos Kemar’


IPOH: There may be more malaria cases in northern Perak as only about 5% of the blood samples taken from affected orang asli villages in Pos Kemar, Gerik, have been tested.

State Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said they collected about 3,600 samples from 19 villages there and only about 200 were tested.
