Police record statements from two Bersih office bearers

PETALING JAYA: Two Bersih office bearers have been summoned by the police in relation to the candlelight vigils seeking the freedom of Bersih 2.0 chairman Maria Chin Abdullah from detention.

Bersih northern region coordinator Dr Toh Kin Woon and secretariat member Lee Chung Loon had their statements recorded at 1pm on Monday over the vigils that were held at Dataran Merdeka on Nov 21 and Nov 27.
