KUALA LUMPUR: The Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) is objecting to an application for leave by Seputeh MP Teresa Kok and a consumer association president to challenge a decision by the mayor to raise public parking charges.
The two applicants are asking the High Court to strike out the order by Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor and Kuala Lumpur Mayor Datuk Mohd Amin Nordin Abdul Aziz to increase the parking charges.
