KUCHING: DAP's Kota Sentosa assemblyman Chong Chieng Jen has been suspended from the state assembly's current sitting for refusing to withdraw a motion on alleged missing public funds.
In his motion Monday, Chong claimed that "a huge sum" of RM250mil approved by the assembly for minor rural projects last year was unaccounted for.
