KOTA KINABALU: The minimum price for houses that foreigners can buy in Sabah will be kept at RM1mil to ensure that the existing high property costs do not escalate further.
State Special Tasks Minister Datuk Teo Chee Kang (pic) said the state government is not agreeable to the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association's (Shareda) proposal to reduce the minimum price for foreigners to RM650,000.
