TANAH MERAH: The discharge process was not fully adhered to resulting in the kidnapping of a baby girl at a hospital here, investigations revealed.
Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said a probe by both the state Health Department and Tanah Merah Hospital showed that the discharge process was not complied with when the baby was taken out.
