KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Home Minister Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed says there will not be an "overwhelming" presence of uniformed police at Saturday’s Bersih 5 rally.
This is despite the Pulai MP also saying that officers would be brought in from neighbouring states to assist Kuala Lumpur police in managing the crowd - which could see Bersih supporters and Red Shirt supporters going head-to-head in the heart of the city.
