KUALA TERENGGANU: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) personnel have saved nine Indonesian sailors from a sinking cargo vessel.
They were plucked to safety after their ship started going down at about noon yesterday, some four nautical miles off Pulau Kapas.
