PETALING JAYA: KiniTV, a sister company of Malaysiakini, and two of its directors will be charged Friday for allegedly uploading two videos that are offensive in nature.
According to the news portal's website, KiniTV will be charged under Section 233(1)(a) of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 (CMA) for alleged improper network use.
