Fire drills ‘must be held at least once a year’

LIBRARIES, hospitals, hotels, hostels, offices and government buildings must run fire drills at least once a year, Tan Sri Noh Omar said.

The Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister told Parliament that fire safety awareness still needs to be drilled into Malaysians, who must have a mentality of maintenance and emergency preparedness to prevent future tragedies.
