KUALA LUMPUR: PAS’ plan to introduce its own brand of hudud is a grave concern to the Chinese, says MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
He said hudud would create a dual legal system that would be in direct conflict with the principles of the Federal Constitution.
