KUALA LUMPUR: Twenty-three men being hunted down by the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) for suspected involvement in cross-border crime in the Eastern Sabah Security Zone (Esszone) waters, are believed to be linked to the Abu Sayyaf terror group.
Esscom commander, Datuk Wan Abdul Bari Wan Abdul Khalid said they were all wanted by the agency and were believed to be in the Philippine waters still.
