KUALA LUMPUR: MCA will identify the number of new Chinese primary schools to be built and their locations, says party president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
He said his deputy Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, also the party's Malaysian Chinese Education Consultative Council chairman, would come up with the report.
