KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has been allowed to initiate judicial review proceedings against the Energy Commission and the Energy, Green Technology and Water Minister in relation to a new power purchase agreement (PPA) with an independent power producer.
Senior Federal Counsel Mohamad Rizal Fadzil told reporters after the proceedings in chambers yesterday that High Court (Appellate and Special Powers) judge Justice Hanipah Farikullah had dismissed a preliminary objection raised by the Energy Commission.
