PETALING JAYA: Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar (pic) has refuted an online news report claiming that the Bersih 5 rally has fulfilled the prerequisites of the Peaceful Assembly Act (PAA) 2012.
In a statement, he referred to an article published on a news portal Tuesday, which said the rally will continue as scheduled on Nov 19 after having fulfilled the requirements of the Act.
