LIGHT Rail Transit (LRT) and KL Monorail commuters are entitled to refunds if their trains are at least 15 minutes late, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri.
It is the practice of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana), which manages both rapid transit systems, to refund its consumers who experienced delays or replace them with coupons that could be used as tickets for a replacement journey the following day, she told Datuk Koh Nai Kwong (BN-Alor Gajah) in a written reply.
