PUTRAJAYA: A German doctor and a Singaporean diving instructor were caught after they were found near a Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) outpost, said MMEA director-general Datuk Seri Ahmad Puzi Ab Kahar.
He said that the two divers were apprehended at about 8.30pm on October 29, adding that both divers had claimed that they inadvertently landed at the MMEA outpost at Batuan Tengah on the Singapore Straits.
