PETALING JAYA: The department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is investigating the explosion at the petrol station in Austin Perdana, Johor Baru and the escalator malfunction in Pandan Indah, Selangor.
The department has identified the cause of the petrol station tank blast and has called up responsible parties to get their statements. It has issued letters terminating employment with regards to the incident.
