ALOR SETAR: A 24-year-old trader charged with three counts of raping a 12-year-old girl was denied bail by a Sessions court here as there might be a possibility that he would harass the victim.
Sessions judge Najwa Che Mat turned down Mohd Ramzdan Abdul Rahman Wong’s request for bail after deputy public prosecutor Ana Rozana Mohd Nor told the court that there was a possibility that he might disturb the girl, who lives near him.
