GEORGE TOWN: DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng (pic) defended the walkout by Opposition lawmakers during the tabling of the Budget 2017, saying that when there is a heavy political attack, “it is not a budget anymore”.
“I can understand why they did that,” he told reporters after launching the PAM (Malaysian Institute of Architects) Northern Chapter World Architecture Day 2016 at St Jo’s Chapel Hall in Gurney Paragon Mall here yesterday.
