MALACCA: An Indonesian worker was crushed to death by falling concrete slabs while two others sustained serious injuries when part of an under-construction water tank collapsed at a higher education institution in Durian Tunggal, near here, Thursday.
The dead worker was identified as Abu Ardianto, 31.
