PETALING JAYA: Prominent banker Datuk Seri Nazir Razak has welcomed dialogue on the proposed second National Consultative Council (NCC2), but hopes the conversation will remain constructive.
The CIMB Group chairman was referring to criticism by social activist Tunku Abdul Aziz Tunku Ibrahim, who reportedly did not approve of non-elected lawmakers carrying out legislative efforts.
