PETALING JAYA: Cartoonist Zunar (pic) was barred from leaving the country as he was about to leave for a conference in Singapore at 3pm, Monday.
Zulkiflee Anwar Haque, better known as Zunar, said he learnt about the matter at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) where he was stopped at the Immigration counter.
