KLANG: The ceremonial proclamation of the Raja Muda Selangor Tengku Amir Shah has concluded with the Crown Prince returning to the state after being away for a week.
Based on the Selangor royal tradition, the Raja Muda is required to leave the state immediately upon his proclamation on Oct 8 and return seven days later.
