GEORGE TOWN: The High Court will decide on Nov 22 if the Penang government is successful in its bid to quash the declaration that the Penang Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS) is an unlawful organisation.
Justice Datuk Hadhariah Syed Ismail fixed the date yesterday for the decision after hearing arguments from both sides in the judicial review application by the state government against the declaration that the PPS is illegal.
