KOTA KINABALU: Seven people found with explosives believed to be used as fish bombs have been arrested near Manukan island, near here.
The seven - five who had the no-longer in use "Burung-Burung" document for immigrants and the remaining two who did not possess any papers - were nabbed at about 11.15pm Monday by marine police.
