10 detained over intelligence leak in east coast Sabah

KUALA LUMPUR: At least 10 people have been arrested in east coast Sabah for allegedly leaking classified intelligence on security operations to enemies of the state.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar (pic) said that the individuals were arrested in an ongoing operation to nab informants who are believed to have leaked information to kidnap-for-ransom (KFR) groups such as Abu Sayyaf.
