GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Forum will be launching Penang Hills Watch (PHW), an online platform for the public to report illegal hill clearing activities, at the end of this month.

Penang Forum representative Dr Kam Suan Pheng (pic) said the move was to engage Penangites in saving Penang and assist the state government in detecting illegal hill clearing.
