SEPANG: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) wants the courts to impose heavier penalties on taxi touts at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
Selangor JPJ director Nazli Md Taib said the department has caught several repeat offenders during its anti-touts operations there, which suggests the punishments meted out were not severe enough.
