GEORGE TOWN: Jelutong MP Jeff Ooi was arrested over a tweet which allegedly insulted Islam in connection with the death of PAS spiritual leader Datuk Dr Haron Din.
He was arrested when he turned up to give his statement at the district police headquarters in Patani Road here at 2.45pm yesterday.
