KUALA LUMPUR: The sixth accused in Datuk Kevin Anthony Morais’ (pic) murder trial admitted to ramming into the deputy public prosecutor’s car with a black Mitsubishi Triton, a police officer told the High Court.
Asst Supt Badrul Hisyam Abd Hamid said S. Nimalan revealed this during an interrogation at the Kuala Muda police district headquarters in Kedah on Sept 15, last year, the same day Stafoc intelligence officer ASP Abdul Hanis Hairul Abdul Halim interviewed Nimalan’s co-accused S. Ravi Chandaran.
