PETALING JAYA: The Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) said that it will apply for a moneylending licence from the Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry in order to offer loans to housebuyers in the state.
Association president Datuk Francis Goh in a statement said that its existing company Shareda Bhd, would apply for the licence from the ministry, and added that it would also encourage its 185 members to apply for the licence too.
