KUALA LUMPUR: Notorious militant Mohamad Wanndy Mohamad Jedi is high on Bukit Aman’s wanted list after masterminding a few Islamic State (IS) terror plots, including the Movida bombing.
At least three terror plots planned by cells taking orders from Mohamad Wanndy have been thwarted by the Counter Terrorism Division.
