GEORGE TOWN: The police are not taking chances with Islamic State’s (IS) ability to launch attacks in Penang even though the state is still safe and peaceful, said state police chief Comm Datuk Abdul Ghafar Rajab (pic).
“In Penang, only two IS sympathisers have been arrested so far,” he said.
