KAMPAR: Nineteen students were found loitering in cyber cafes during schooling hours in Kampar, Gopeng and Malim Nawar on Wednesday.
The students, ages 15 to 16, were found playing games in four cyber cafes by a team of police and officers from the local council and education department at about 10am and noon.
