KANGAR: Umno needs candidates who are popular and capable of winning in the next general election, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
He said that labelling certain selected candidates outsiders must stop because such a perception was no longer suitable due to current developments in politics.
