BUTTERWORTH: Octogenarian Muniswaran Maruthai is over the moon about turning 80. After all, the priest who conducted the ritual to mark the occasion, said as much.
According to the priest Siva Shri Prassanna, Hindus believe that when a person reaches 80, he would have seen 1,000 full moons since birth which is considered a great blessing.
