Ipoh bomb scare a hoax, say cops


IPOH: A bomb scare at Jalan Seenivasagam here turned out to be a hoax after police investigated the premises for over an hour and found no explosive devices.

Ipoh OCPD Asst Comm Sum Chang Keong, who was at the scene, said someone had made a call to a bank staff, claiming that he had “placed a bomb in the building”.
