PETALING JAYA: Student leaders are appealing to the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) to give leeway for poor students to apply for a full loan to cover their university education fees.
Universiti Malaya student representative council president Fanitsyara Kam Phon said it was not fair to penalise the new batch of students because of others who had defaulted on payment.
