KUALA LUMPUR: The world will be a safer place if the United Nations Charter, the Geneva Conventions and the Additional Protocols on the rules of war, and other international laws are scrupulously upheld by all countries, said the Sultan of Perak.
Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah said he chose to highlight the matter of humanitarian disasters and their impact on world peace because the scale of the problem was unprecedented.
