KUALA TERENGGANU: The state is on high alert after 14 more preschool children contracted hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD).
Between January and Aug 21, 401 pre-schoolers were detected with the disease, an increase of 172.8% compared with the same period last year, said Terengganu Health director Dr Mohammad Omar.
