KUALA LUMPUR: The charges for misconduct against a chief executive officer seeking protection as a whistleblower were not a fabrication by his employer, a High Court heard.
Institut Profesional Baitulmal Sdn Bhd’s (IPB) lead counsel Fakhrul Azman Abu Hassan argued that seven charges made against the CEO were reasonable and substantiated with sufficient documents to prove the misconduct.
