KUALA LUMPUR: A hotel's front office staff testified that a man identified in the close-circuit television (CCTV) recording has similar physical appearance with the second accused, who faces a principal charge of allegedly murdering former deputy public prosecutor Datuk Kevin Anthony Morais.

New Town Hotel's front office executive Md Saddam Hossain testified in the High Court here Thursday when replying to a question by counsel S. Ramesh who acted for G. Gunasekaran, 48, during cross-examination that the description of the man closely resembled his client's physical appearance.
