Sanjeevan charged with extortion again

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Crime Watch (MyWatch) chairman Datuk R. Sri Sanjeevan Nair has been charged a third time with committing extortion.

In a magistrate’s court here, Sanjeevan, 31, was accused of putting fear in one Mohamad Azhan Hamza, to commit extortion at a restaurant in Jalan Raja Uda here on May 22, 2014.
