PETALING JAYA: Five senior navy officers charged over a corrupt procurement racket at the Royal Malaysian Navy base in Lumut last year have been given dishonourable discharges.
Navy chief Admiral Datuk Seri Ahmad Kamarulzaman Ahmad Badaruddin confirmed that the five were discharged after they were brought to court by the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) following extensive investigations into the racket.
