PETALING JAYA: Datuk Lee Chong Wei has secured a spot in the semi-finals of the men’s singles after defeating Chou Tien-Chen 21-9, 21-15 in straight sets in his quarterfinal match at the Rio Olympics.
Chong Wei will now advance to the semi-finals and will face off against the victor of the tie between Lin Dan of China and Srikanth Kidambi of India in the semi-finals on Friday.
