Gym moves premises without informing clients

JOHOR BARU: A school principal who just renewed his gym membership was taken aback to find that the fitness centre he was registered with since 2015 is no longer situated in Jalan Abdullah Tahir here.

Yap Kok Wah, 55, filed a claim in the Consumer Claims Tribunal against Paragon Fitness Sdn Bhd to be refunded the RM3,833 fee he paid for a personal training coach when he renewed his gym membership on Jan 29 this year.
