KUALA LUMPUR: PAS has appointed a Queen’s Counsel to represent the party in its legal action against Sarawak Report in England over an article that it had accepted RM90mil from Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang said the party had decided to take this case to court and would file the suit within a month.
