KUALA LUMPUR: An application filed by Bersih 2.0 chairman Maria Chin Abdullah and three activists challenging the constitutional issues against their charges under the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012 has been referred to the Federal Court.
“I will refer the three questions to the Apex Court and frame them by way of special case for the court to decide. That will be my decision," said High Court Judicial Commissioner Nordin Hassan.
