Two nabbed for planning ‘Sultan of Malacca’ event

JOHOR BARU: They claimed to be descendants of the Sultan of Malacca and were preparing to hold a grand event here commemorating the passing of the last Malacca ruler.

But police got wind of their ambitious plan and promptly arrested the businessman, 48, and a 55-year-old religious teacher on Thursday.
